SAUDI HOLLANDI BANK ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF AN ACTING MANAGING
DIRECTOR
The Board of Director of Saudi Hollandi Bank accepted the resignation of Mr.
Geoff Calvert as Managing Director for personal reasons and appointed Dr. Bernd
van Linder, the present General Manager-Treasury, as Acting Managing Director
with effect from 3rd May 2009.
Engr. Mubarak Al-Khafrah, Chairman of
Saudi Hollandi Bank thanked Mr. Calvert for his contribution during his tenure
and welcomed the appointment of Dr. van Linder.
Dr. van Linder is
assisted by a capable senior management team. The Board of Directors confirms
its full confidence in Dr. van Linder and the senior management team.
Dr. van Linder joined SHB in 2006 as GM-Treasury and has 12 years
experience after having previously held several positions at ABN AMRO Bank.
